Customer feedback doesn't have to be public.

Feedback
Your customers decide how their voice is shared.
Every submission asks one clear question, and the answer travels with the feedback. Nothing is published beyond what its author agreed to, and they can withdraw that agreement later.
Privacy is not a checkbox. It's part of the product.
Try it. “Keep private” is always the default.
AI that understands what customers are really asking for.
It turns thousands of customer conversations into a product signal your team can act on, and shows its reasoning so you can check it.

A customer starts typing
Can we export this report to Excel?
AI doesn't replace product judgment. It removes the noise around it.
A vote is not just a vote. Know who is asking.
Understand the business impact behind customer demand. Ten requests from your largest accounts can matter more than five hundred anonymous votes.

Prioritize, build, release, and tell the customers who asked.
Built for teams that take customer data seriously.
Designed with enterprise security requirements in mind.
VoxtaWise does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and has not yet had an external penetration test. We will say so here when that changes.
- Tenant isolation
- Enforced on the server for every query and every record. Another workspace's data answers “not found”.
- Email one-time codes
- Six digits, valid for ten minutes, single use, five attempts. Stored hashed, never in the clear.
- Domain controls
- Allow or block email domains, and verify your own by DNS so people land in the right account.
- Disposable email protection
- More than 9,000 throwaway domains turned away, refreshed weekly, with your own overrides.
- Granular permissions
- Custom roles built from 39 permissions. Nobody can grant more than they hold themselves.
- Audit log
- Append-only and hash-chained: who, what, when, from where, before and after. Denied attempts are recorded too.
- Consent controls
- Each piece of feedback carries the author's sharing choice, and the author can withdraw it.
- Step-up sign-in
- Sensitive changes ask for a fresh code, even in the middle of a session.
- Secure integrations
- Credentials encrypted at rest, webhooks signed, and outbound addresses checked so they cannot reach internal networks.
- API controls
- Scoped keys, stored hashed, that you can rotate and revoke at once.
- Data rights
- Export or erase one person's data, export the whole workspace, or delete it with a 30-day grace period.
- Network controls
- Limit team and API access to the IP ranges you name, on the Enterprise plan.
Feedback is only the beginning.
A voting board collects requests. VoxtaWise is designed to carry them all the way to a decision.
| Capability | Typical feedback board | VoxtaWise |
|---|---|---|
| Collect requests and let customers vote | Yes | Yes |
| A feedback button inside your own product | Some | Yes |
| Knows which page the customer was on, without asking | Rare | Yes |
| Customers can point at the exact part of the screen | Rare | Yes |
| Customers can blur private details in a screenshot before sending | Rare | Yes |
| Private unless you decide to open it up | Rare | Yes |
| Each customer chooses how their own words are shared | No | Yes |
| Customers can take that permission back later | No | Yes |
| Work email only, with throwaway addresses turned away | Rare | Yes |
| Different customers see different boards and roadmaps | Some | Yes |
| Share a roadmap with a passcode that expires | Some | Yes |
| See the revenue behind every request | Some | Yes |
| AI suggests duplicates and shows why they match | Some | Yes |
| A record of who changed what, and when | Some | Yes |
The middle column is a general picture of feedback-board tools, not a claim about any single vendor. “Some” and “Rare” mean a few tools offer it, often on higher plans.
One signal, shared by every team that hears from customers.

Product teams
Know what customers actually need.
See demand by customer, segment and revenue instead of counting anonymous votes.

Customer success
Turn customer requests into visible action.
Log a request on a customer's behalf and show them where it stands.

Support teams
Connect support conversations to product decisions.
Log what you hear on the customer's behalf, or add their vote to a request that exists, so repeated pain shows up as one signal.

Enterprise
Keep customer intelligence controlled, secure and auditable.
Domain policies, permissions and an audit trail for every sensitive change.
What teams use VoxtaWise for.
Eight situations that used to end in a spreadsheet, a forwarded email or nothing at all.
Product and account teams
Enterprise requests, kept private
Your largest accounts ask for things they would never post on a public board. Give each account its own private space, and read their requests next to what the account is worth.
Product teams
Private beta programs
Invite a group of beta customers, show them a roadmap nobody else can see, and collect what they find from inside the beta itself.
Engineering and support
Bug reports that arrive complete
A customer hits a problem. The report carries the page, the route, the browser and a screenshot they chose to share, so nobody has to ask where it happened.
Support teams
Support conversations that reach product
Log a request on the customer's behalf, or add their vote to one that exists. Fifty conversations about the same gap become one signal with fifty voices behind it.
Sales and customer success
A roadmap for one customer
Share a roadmap with a prospect or partner behind a passcode that expires. They see what you chose to show, and nothing else.
Customer success
Renewal and account reviews
Before a renewal call, see everything the account has asked for and what happened to each request.
Product and marketing
Closing the loop after a release
When a request ships, the people who asked for it hear about it first, with a link to what changed.
Product leadership
Deciding what to build next
Rank demand by the customers and revenue behind it, with the reasoning shown, instead of by who shouted loudest.
Simple pricing. Privacy in every plan.
Flat plans with team seats included. The customers who post, vote and comment are never counted, so your bill does not rise when more of them take part.

Questions
Is VoxtaWise public by default?
No. Feedback starts private. You can open it to authenticated customers, a group, or people with a passcode, and it becomes public only when you enable public access and the author agrees.
How does the Feedback Engine work?
You register your product, add one lightweight script tag, and list the domains it may run on. The engine loads asynchronously, recognizes pages and routes, and adds a feedback action to your app.
Can customers submit feedback without leaving our application?
Yes. They write it on the page they are on, and the page, route and environment are attached for them.
Can we control who sees feedback?
Yes. Every board, roadmap and changelog entry has its own visibility: private, authenticated, group, passcode or public.
Can customers choose whether their feedback becomes public?
Yes. Each submission asks how it may be shared, and “Keep private” is the default. Customers can withdraw that consent later.
What does the Feedback Engine collect?
Only what you switch on. Page content is not collected by default, and you can mark any part of your interface as private.
How do people sign in?
With their email and a one-time code. There is no password to create, remember or reset, for your customers or for your team. Sensitive changes ask for a fresh code.
Which integrations are available?
Jira, Linear, Slack, signed outbound webhooks and a REST API. With Jira and Linear you create an issue from a request, and the issue's status flows back to the request and the customers who asked.
Is customer feedback sent to an AI provider?
Not by default. Classification, sentiment, summaries and duplicate detection run inside VoxtaWise. An optional language-model step is available on Growth and above, and it stays off until a workspace administrator switches it on.
How does VoxtaWise handle privacy and GDPR?
The controls GDPR asks for are part of the product. You can export or erase one person's data, export or delete your whole workspace, and set how long data is kept. Every submission records the author's sharing choice, which they can withdraw. The Feedback Engine collects no page content unless you switch it on. We do not describe VoxtaWise as GDPR certified, because no such certificate exists; ask us for the details your review needs.
Do you charge for the customers who post, vote or comment?
No. Plans are flat and include a number of team seats. Your customers are not counted, so your bill does not rise when more of them take part.
What is included in every plan, including Free?
Privacy is never an upgrade. Every plan includes private-by-default boards, email one-time code sign-in, consent capture and withdrawal, disposable email protection, the Feedback Engine and the audit log.
Is VoxtaWise certified or independently tested?
No. VoxtaWise holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and has not yet had an external penetration test. We would rather say so than imply otherwise, and we will update this page when it changes.
How do we get access?
Request early access with the form on this page. We bring teams on in stages so each one gets a proper setup, and we will write to you when your place is ready.

Your customers are already telling you what to build.
Give their voice a direct path into your product decisions. Tell us about your product and we'll be in touch.
This form works the way the Feedback Engine does inside your product.
